Artiifact (stylized as ARTIIFACT) is the debut studio album by South African hip hop record producer and musician Anatii. The album was released on 9 September 2016 by his record label YAL Entertainment, after many delays and following singles "Freedom" and "The Saga" which were released in 2014 and early 2015 respectively. The album was initially titled "Electronic Bushman."
"Tsholofelo", which means "hope", is named after Nyovest's younger sister. Work on the album began as early as 2011 and continued on through 2014. It features guest appearances from HHP, Okmalumkoolkat, Bucie, iFANi, Riky Rick, Bass Mdlongwa, Ntukza, Kyle Deutschmann, Tshego, Anatii, Skales (credited as Young Skalez), KayGizm from Morafe and Prokid. The platinum edition was released in April 17, 2015 with only 10,000 copies printed out. Nyovest announced that he was planning to headline a concert on the 31 October 2015 at the Ticket Pro Dome billed as "Fill Up the Dome" and release his sophomore album at the venue on the same day. He revealed the title of the album as "Refiloe" on July 13, 2015. He mentioned that he wanted to fill the dome - which currently accommodates up to 20,000 people - to its full capacity. In a Twitter post, he explained that a ticket bought meant a free album and that if he managed to fill the dome, "Refiloe" would go gold in a day. The album cover was released on August 10 via Nyovest's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

The music video for "Emergency" was directed by Patrick Elis and released on 19 January 2014. On November 23, 2015, Runtown released his debut studio album titled "Ghetto University". The album features guest appearances from DJ Khaled, Phyno, Wizkid, Uhuru and Anatii. The album made him listed in the "Top 5 Most Streamed Artist" in Nigeria, generating over ₦35 million turn over on MTN Music Plus.
