Ninaithen Vandhai () is a 1998 Tamil romance film directed by K. Selva Bharathy and produced by Allu Aravind. The film features Vijay, Rambha and Devayani in the lead roles with Manivannan, Charle and Ranjith amongst others in supporting roles. The film, a remake of the Telugu film "Pelli Sandadi" directed by Kovelamudi Raghavendra Rao, starring Srikanth, Deepti Bhatnagar and Ravali, released on 10 April 1998.This movie released with "Kaadhala Kaadhala"

Selva Bharathy, who had worked previously with Vijay in "Ninaithen Vandhai" and "Priyamaanavale", opted to remake the 2001 Telugu hit "Nuvvu Naaku Nachav" into Tamil with his previous film "Priyamaanavale"'s cast Vijay and Simran. But Sneha was signed on to be a part of the film after becoming one of the Tamil film industry's most sought after actresses during 2001 and 2002.
